Returns policy for custom orders
We do not offer exchanges or refunds on custom garments, as these items are made to order and therefore cannot be resold once produced. This relates to issues of:
- Incorrect sizing ordered
- Incorrect colours ordered
- Error in order information submitted
- Change of mind
All custom sales are final. We encourage our customers to carefully consider their purchases before placing an order.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect, faulty items will be rectified and replaced as promptly as possible. All claims of faulty items will need to be notified within 28 days of your order being lodged for dispatch by DUNK.
DUNK strives to produce all custom orders to a high standard of workmanship, and extends a three-month quality guarantee for all garments made and delivered to you.

Returns policy for stock orders
To be eligible for an exchange/refund:
- The garments must be a DUNK branded item
- Must be returned within 28 days of purchase
- The garments must be unworn, unused and in its original packaging
Shipping costs will be an expense for the customer to pay (unless the garment is faulty).
