Shipping Policy & Information

Once your deposit has been cleared, your order will be made and dispatched within 3-4 weeks (Vietnam workshop 3 weeks | Brisbane workshop 4 weeks). If you require your order by a particular date, DUNK can advise if this is achievable upon enquiry.

DUNK ships via standard registered service with Australia Post, with all lodgements made within the Brisbane Metro Post Zone. Goods will be delivered on business days only. Once your order has been lodged for delivery you will be emailed tracking confirmation from Australia Post. For your peace of mind, all deliveries are fully insured in the unlikely event of non-delivery or damage during transit.

DUNK offers free standard delivery throughout Australia for all orders valued at $495+. For orders of lesser value, delivery typically costs between $10-30 dependent on quantity. Express delivery is available at a small surcharge (+$40), this sharply reduces shipping time from Brisbane to your destination and is recommended if you’d like your order in hand ASAP.
